My deposit has not arrived

Deposits are credited about 30 seconds after the network confirms them. If it has been longer than ten minutes, check the network you sent on. That is almost always the cause — see Sent to the wrong network. Other things worth checking:
  • Was it below the minimum? 0.005 SOL, or 0.0005 ETH.
  • Was it the native coin? SPL tokens, wrapped SOL and ERC-20 tokens are not credited.
  • Has the transaction actually confirmed on chain? Your wallet or the explorer will say.

I sent it on the wrong network

The money is not lost. It is at the same address on the chain you actually used, and it is recovered by hand. Message support with which network and the transaction hash. It takes days rather than minutes, because a person does it. Full recovery path →

My withdrawal has not landed

Withdrawals over the daily automatic limit wait for a person — usually a couple of hours. Anything queued is already set aside. It is not in your balance and it is not lost. The Withdrawals list in your wallet says exactly where it is, and Withdraw explains each status. The other common cause is the 60-minute hold on a recent deposit. The button fades and the sentence underneath names the reason.

A round looks wrong

Open History, find the hand, and tap Provably fair. Your phone replays the shuffle itself — the server is not asked to confirm its own work. If it does not verify, send us the round ID. That is the one thing we want to hear about immediately. How verification works →

Other things

Update Telegram. Mini Apps need a reasonably current client. If it still fails, try the same link on another device — that separates a client problem from an account one.
Sitting out one full round releases your seat so somebody else can use it. Nothing was charged, and sitting back down is one tap.
You are an owner or a manager at this venue. You cannot play where you profit. The house tables in @Aceupgamebot are open to you.
Something has gated betting only: unaccepted new terms, a daily cap, a self-exclusion, or a paused venue. The screen names which. Withdrawing is never gated by any of them.
Sessions expire, and they are per venue — a session minted at one venue does not work at another. Reopen the Mini App from the bot and it signs you back in.
