This is the one mistake that actually happens, so it has its own page and its own path through support.

The short version

The money is not lost. It is sitting at the same address on the chain you actually sent it on. Ace Up can recover it by hand, and does. It takes days rather than minutes, because a person has to do it.

What to do

1

Do not send anything else

A second wrong deposit doubles the work and does not speed anything up.
2

Message support with two facts

Open /support in the bot and choose the wrong-network path. Support needs:
  • which network you actually sent on
  • the transaction hash
Those two things are enough. Without them nothing can start.
3

Wait

Recovery is manual. You will be told when it is done. Chasing it does not make it faster, and support will tell you plainly if the particular case is not recoverable.

What counts as the wrong network

How to not do it again

The deposit screen prints the chain ID and links the explorer for exactly this reason. Before you send:
  • Check your wallet’s network selector says the same chain the deposit screen says.

Every network detail in one place, including what to type if you are adding the chain manually.
