Pausing your own account, and what a pause actually does.

Choose 1, 7, 30 or 90 days. It takes effect immediately.

What a pause stops

• Betting, at every venue — the house tables and every group’s venue alike.
• Sitting at a table.

What a pause does not stop

• Withdrawing. Your balance stays yours and stays reachable for the whole pause. A pause is not a lock on your money and never will be.
• Reading your history and stats.

A pause cannot be lifted early. Not by you, not by support, not by an admin. There is no function anywhere in Ace Up that shortens one — this is checked by the test suite, not just promised here.

Choose the length you actually want. A pause you can talk your way out of is not a pause.

While it runs

Opening the app shows the date your pause ends and the one thing still available — your wallet. It is a plain screen, not an error.

You are not messaged during a pause, and nothing invites you back when it expires. Play resumes only if you go and start it.

Starting another one

You can pause again at any time after one ends. You cannot stack a shorter pause on top of a running one, because that would be a way to shorten it.

If you need more than 90 days

Message support. A longer or indefinite exclusion is something a person sets up with you.

The pattern is deliberate and it holds everywhere: your money is never trapped behind a status.
